Vendor event registrationVendor frequently asked questions
Review the participation requirements before choosing an event or submitting your application.
How do I apply to become a vendor?
Start with the vendor registration process, where you can review available events, booth options, dates, and pricing. Applications are reviewed for product fit, event needs, and available space before approval.
What products or services are accepted?
Products and services must be legitimate, accurately represented, suitable for the event, and approved in advance. We do not accept deceptive, unsafe, counterfeit, or poor-quality offerings. Raprager Farms reserves the right to decline any application that is not a good fit for the event.
How much does booth space cost?
Booth pricing varies by event and by the size and location of the booth. Registration shows the available events, booth choices, and the price of each option before you make your selection.
Do I need to bring my own tent?
Permanent Raprager Farms booths may be rented when available. Otherwise, vendors should provide their own tent. Tents do not have to be a particular color.
When are setup and breakdown?
Each event has its own required setup and breakdown schedule. The event details will provide the applicable times. Vendors must remain present and operational throughout the event and may break down only at the designated time after the event ends.
Is there a minimum event commitment?
Yes. The required commitment is defined for each event and is usually the complete weekend, which may or may not include Friday. Registration will show every required date before you select the event.
Do you limit vendors who sell similar products?
We do not promise category exclusivity, but we try to limit directly competing products and will usually approve no more than two vendors carrying a similar product. Vendors may sell only the products or services proposed and included in their agreement.
Can two vendors share one booth?
Yes. Two vendors may share one paid booth as long as one person accepts responsibility for the space and every product or service offered by both vendors is disclosed and included in the agreement.
